How do I make a video circle in Telegram?
Open @Video_Circlee_bot, press Start and send a video as a message or a file. The bot crops it to a square, scales it to 640×640 and returns a ready video note (circle).
Why is the circle limited to 60 seconds?
60 seconds is Telegram's own limit for video notes. The bot trims the source video to that length, starting from the beginning.
What is the maximum file size?
Up to 20 MB — that is the Telegram Bot API limit for file downloads by bots. If your source is bigger, compress or trim it first.
Is it free?

What is stored on the server?
